These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the aceph99 platform. By registering an account or accessing any aceph99 service, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before you play.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aceph99 login credentials. aceph99 will never ask for your password via chat or email. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on aceph99. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
By accessing the aceph99 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the aceph99 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the aceph99 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement is effective as of the date you first register an Account or access the Platform, whichever occurs earlier.
The aceph99 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. aceph99 employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
The aceph99 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. aceph99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on aceph99:
To access the full features of the aceph99 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the aceph99 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. aceph99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
aceph99 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from aceph99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
aceph99 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents acceptable in the Philippines, including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
aceph99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aceph99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your aceph99 Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. aceph99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which aceph99 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the aceph99 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aceph99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.
aceph99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn and will not count toward any withdrawal request.
aceph99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
aceph99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the Platform. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
All games available on the aceph99 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the outcome produced by the game software, the outcome recorded in aceph99's server logs shall be deemed authoritative.
aceph99 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and live dealer feeds from licensed providers to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. aceph99 does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the Platform or any individual Player.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software failures — aceph99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance. aceph99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aceph99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the aceph99 Platform — including but not limited to the aceph99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of aceph99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the aceph99 Platform without the prior written consent of aceph99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aceph99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
aceph99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their aceph99 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aceph99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
aceph99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players on the Platform. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

aceph99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if aceph99 determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause, aceph99 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where such termination arises from fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other material breach of this Agreement.
You may close your aceph99 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact aceph99's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. aceph99 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.
aceph99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, aceph99 will notify registered Players through the Platform, by email, or by other appropriate means. The revised Agreement will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the aceph99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
